We send a Proforma Invoice (PI) to the buyer.
The buyer pays the deposit and provides the bank remittance slip.
Trial production stage: Upon receipt of the deposit, we make samples according to customer requirements and send samples or photos for approval. Once approved, mass production begins.
Mass production stage: We send photos of the goods and packaging for your reference, along with the packing list for calculating CBM. Third-party inspection is also supported.
The buyer pays the balance, and we dispatch the shipment. Payment against copy of B/L is also acceptable. Upon receiving the balance, original shipping documents will be sent to the buyer.
Once you receive the goods and confirm satisfaction, the order is complete.

How do I get samples from you?
If the unit price is less than 15 USD, all samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by you. If you have a courier account (such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx), we will send the samples directly to you.
What are your payment terms?
We usually accept a 30% deposit in advance and the 70% balance against the copy of B/L by T/T. For large orders, L/C is also acceptable. For small orders, we can accept Western Union.
